Shipping
We ship across India. Orders over ₹999 ship free; below that, shipping is ₹79. Most orders are packed within 1–2 working days and arrive in 3–7 days.
You can follow your order anytime on the track order page.
Returns
Not in love? Return any unworn piece within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us with your order number and we'll arrange a pickup. Customised and engraved pieces can't be returned.
Free polishing for life
Silver can dull over time. Send any Jewelrain piece back to us and we'll clean and re-polish it for free. You only pay for shipping it to us.
Silver care tips
- Put jewellery on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray.
- Take it off before swimming, bathing or workouts.
- Store each piece in the zip pouch it came in, away from air and moisture.
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Avoid harsh chemicals.
